AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") is an independent commodity facilitation firm. We are committed to protecting the corporate and personal data of our trading partners, buyers, and suppliers. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and secure data in line with applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and Canada's PIPEDA.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT Through our website inquiry form, we collect basic corporate contact and transaction details: your name, company, business email, and a general description of the commodity, volume, and origin/destination you're inquiring about. We do not collect passport copies, banking credentials, or other sensitive documents through this form. Once an inquiry is qualified and a facilitation mandate is active, we may request additional corporate vetting and AML compliance documentation directly from authorized company representatives, through a separate secure channel — never via the public web form. This may include: corporate registration certificates and tax IDs; authorized signatory names, titles, and contact details; and transactional documents such as Letters of Intent (LOI). We do not collect or handle banking information for the purpose of processing payments — all settlement occurs directly between transacting principals.
HOW WE USE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA We process data solely to validate trade parameters and facilitate introductions between qualified buyers and verified suppliers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. Data is protected using industry-standard encryption, with access restricted to authorized personnel.
DATA DISCLOSURE DISCIPLINE In line with standard ICC trade protocols and our NCNDA agreements: no buyer data is shared with a supplier until initial qualification is complete and a formal introduction is authorized. No supplier data is shared with a buyer until a signed NCNDA is in place. Data is shared only with regulated financial institutions or certified third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS or Intertek) directly involved in a specific transaction's settlement or verification.
DATA RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS Trade and compliance documents are retained for the minimum period required to satisfy applicable audit and record-keeping requirements. NO CAPITAL RETENTION OR ASSET MANAGEMENT AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. operates strictly as a non-possessory facilitator. The Company never accepts, holds, routes, manages, or takes custody of transaction funds, client deposits, or escrow monies, under any circumstance. All financial settlement flows directly bank-to-bank between the transacting principals.
SCOPE OF SERVICE AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. provides document verification, due diligence support, and introduction facilitation. The Company does not act as a licensed broker-dealer, investment advisor, customs broker, freight forwarder, legal advisor, or financial institution unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing. Engaging our services establishes an independent facilitation relationship, not an agency or fiduciary relationship.
GOVERNING LAW This website and any preliminary facilitation arrangements with the Company are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of King's Bench in Edmonton, Alberta.

AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. is a federally incorporated Canadian entity, extra-provincially registered in Alberta. The Company functions strictly as an independent, non-principal facilitator and introduction service.
NO PRODUCT OWNERSHIP OR CUSTODY The Company does not buy, sell, trade, refine, transport, warehouse, or hold title to any commodities at any point. The Company maintains zero physical inventory and never accepts, routes, or manages transaction capital or escrow funds. All logistics and financial settlement remain strictly bank-to-bank between principals.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. is not liable for losses, delays, non-performance, quality disputes, payment disputes, transport failures, government actions, sanctions changes, force majeure events, or the acts of third parties. All participating parties remain independently responsible for their own legal and financial obligations.
INDEPENDENT DUE DILIGENCE While AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. applies rigorous screening, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, title, quality, quantity, origin, or performance of any product, counterparty, or transaction. All parties are responsible for their own independent due diligence, legal counsel, and origin inspection (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) before settlement.
