INTRODUCTION: AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. ( "we", "us", "our") operates as an independent international commodity facilitation firm. We are committed to protecting the corporate data, operational secrets, and personal identification information of our global trading partners, buyers, and suppliers. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, secure, and store sensitive trade data in compliance with international regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
INFORMATION WE COLLECT: Through our website inquiry form, we collect basic contact and transaction details: your name, company, business email, and a general description of the commodity, volume, and origin/destination you're inquiring about. We do not collect passport copies, banking credentials, or other sensitive documents through this form. Once an inquiry is qualified and a facilitation mandate is under discussion, we may request additional corporate vetting and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance documentation directly from authorized company representatives, through a separate secure channel — never via the public website form. This may include: corporate registration certificates and tax IDs; authorized signatory names, titles, and contact details; transactional documents such as Letters of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Orders (ICPO); and, where required for settlement, corporate banking coordinates. All such documentation is provided voluntarily by the corporate entity as part of the qualification process, never solicited via unsolicited email or web form.
HOW WE USE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA: AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. strictly processes data for the sole purpose of matching qualified buyers with verified commodity producers. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your corporate information to third-party marketing networks.Your documents are protected using enterprise-grade Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) cloud storage systems. Access to your transaction files is restricted strictly to authorized compliance officers at ahametal.com
DATA DISCLOSURE DISCIPLINE:In accordance with standard ICC trade protocols and our Non-Disclosure agreements: No buyer data is revealed to a supplier until the buyer passes our initial qualification framework and a formal corporate introduction is authorized. No supplier data or specific allocation numbers are revealed to a buyer until a binding NCNDA is executed. Data will only be shared with institutional banking entities or certified third-party inspection agencies (such as SGS or Intertek) explicitly involved in the clearance of the specific transaction.
DATA RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS: Corporate trade documents are securely archived for a minimum period required to satisfy international maritime, customs, and tax audits. Corporate entities maintain the right to request a complete review of their stored profile data or request secure deletion upon the legal termination of a trading mandate. By accessing ahametal.com or engaging our facilitation desk, you explicitly agree to the following institutional operating terms:
NO ESCROW OR FUND MANAGEMENT: The Company never accepts, holds, routes, manages, or takes custody of any transaction principal, trade funds, client deposits, or transaction escrow monies. All financial trade settlements flow strictly and directly bank-to-bank between the transacting principals or through a mutually appointed, independent third-party paymaster law firm.
NO AGENCY OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP: Unless expressly agreed in writing, AHA Metal Agency Services Ltd. does not act as an agent, fiduciary, broker-dealer, investment advisor, customs broker, freight forwarder, legal advisor, or financial institution for any party.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION:Any access to or use of this website, and any preliminary intermediary frameworks entered into with the Company, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Users explicitly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of King’s Bench in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
